Earl Robertson, 5th Dan, Shihan (Master Instructor) and students from his
Academy of Yoshukan Karate.
Each
episode covers an important Self-Defence topic in detail
through to actual street footage and applications.
Students will be able to follow along with each episode
and see how the techniques demonstrated can save them
from personal harm.
In
addition, each episode has street tips on personal
safety including home, apartment and car security
tips. Well-known interview guests round out the show
with insights into: locks, alarms systems, crime-prevention
and senior citizen security.
This
series is a must for any martial arts student or
person that wants to learn the most effective self-defence
and personal security techniques known today. The
